Returns Instructions:

1. Obtain a Return Authorization # (RA) within 7 days of receipt of your order by service@iblankwear.com or calling us at: 1-518-924-2233.

   Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PM (EST)
   

2. Repack any item(s) in its original condition and packaging (can be your own shipping materials).

3. Include a copy of your purchase receipt*.

4. Write your RA # on the outside of the box or bag. Returns without an RA # will not be accepted and returned to sender.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Return Authorization numbers are valid for 15 days from issue.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. UPS is our preferred shipper and will automatically insure your parcel up to $100.
• Damaged, laundered, worn, or used items are not accepted.
  
• We cannot refund original shipping/handling charges unless received in error.
  
• Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Any merchandise that has been washed or altered, will not be accepted as defective.
